SparkScience Documentary

The science behind the story.

Robin's Wish raised questions about the disease that took him. Spark answered them.

The story

A global film left a scientific gap.

Robin's Wish was a worldwide success, but it focused on Robin Williams' legacy. It left audiences with real questions about Lewy Body Dementia, the disease that took his life.

What was missing was a science-driven film to answer them.

We partnered with Acadia Pharmaceuticals to fund a film that simplified Robin's story while going deep on the science of LBD.

Exclusive graphics and expert interviews made an invisible disease legible.

The result

Curiosity, sparked.

By pairing a rare disease with a beloved entertainer's story, the film reached an audience that might never have heard of Lewy Body Dementia, and made them want to understand it.
